Dog Rebate - Neutered or De-sexed Dogs
This page explains how you may apply for a rebate if your dog has been neutered.
Registration fees for neutered dogs may be reduced
If your dog has been neutered, you are able to apply for a rebate in your annual dog registration fee.
You may apply for your rebate by calling at Council’s Customer Services Centre and completing an application form.
You will require a veterinarian certificate confirming the dog has been successfully neutered in support of your application.
Annual registration renewal is cheaper for neutered dogs
Your annual registration renewal fee will be at the rate set for neutered dogs.
This will be automatically reflected in your renewal notice from Council.
