Landfill Charges
This page lists the charges for disposing of rubbish at the Spicer Landfill, situated at Broken Hill Road, Porirua City effective from 1 July 2012.
These fees were approved by the Waste Water Treatment Plant and Landfill Joint Committee at its meeting held on 11 April 2012 (Item #23/12) (14KB pdf) based on a report from the General Manager Asset Management and Operations dated 5 March 2012 (Ref #747996) (39KB pdf). This was adopted by Council at its meeting on 2 May 2012 (Item #185/12) (17KB pdf).

- People Movers (6-8 seater family van) and SUVs (Sports Utility Vans), where all waste is carried inside the designated boot section, ie NOT on the seats and/or on the roof.
