LPG is a hazardous substance
LPG is a hazardous substance under the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996.
It is important LPG appliances are maintained in a safe efficient working condition at all times.
LPG appliances should be safety checked by a certified tester at least once each year. This check should cover the whole appliance, gas connections and LPG cylinder.
