Our training and counselling work involves helping people adjust to changes in their lives.
How can we help you?
Our “Relating Well in New Zealand” programme is free to permanent residents. Non residents pay a fee. It is a one day programme run by two trained facilitators. Topics include how New Zealand is different, stages of culture shock and change, creating a new life, networking, keys to success, using your skills and values and goals for the future.
It is designed to support people to develop their knowledge, skills, and confidence to set and meet goals for successful settlement and adjustment to life in New Zealand.
We also provide services to help people deal with:

- Post traumatic stress disorder
- Recovery from abuse
- Relationship issues
- Domestic violence
- Resolving conflict
- Relating well in New Zealand
- Relationship Advice for New Migrants
