Proposed Land Exchange at Titahi Bay Road Reserve
Porirua City Council has agreed to seek objections to a proposed land exchange at the Titahi Bay Road Reserve. No objections were received during the one month consultation period.
The proposed land exchange improved traffic flows around the adjoining commercial site. It will not affect the function of the reserve as a segregation strip.
The Chief Executive therefore has delegation to complete the land exchange subject to an approved resource consent.
