Titahi Bay Road Shared Pathway

The idea of a shared cycling and walking pathway along Titahi Bay Road has been around for some years. There is growing interest in cycling and walking generally and a need to connect up Porirua’s network of cycling and walking paths. The Council plans to build a shared cycling and walking pathway along the harbour side of Titahi Bay Road, between Onepoto Road and Wineera Drive. The project will be part funded by the Council and the NZ Transport Agency. The Council is calling for comment on possible design options for the Shared Pathway.
