Purpose
To hear public submissions on the draft Annual Plan and draft Long Term Plan and any other matters being consulted on in conjunction with the Annual Plan or Long Term Plan.
Membership
This is a committee of the whole, i.e. the Mayor and all Councillors are members of this committee. The quorum for meetings of this committee has been set at five members.
