Creative Communities Assessment Committee

This page details the Terms of Reference, delegated authority and membership of the Creative Communities Assessment Committee.

Objective

To increase participation in the arts at a local level, and increase the range and diversity of arts available to communities.

Scope of activity

Responsible for disbursing allocated funds in accordance with Creative New Zealand guidelines.

(Note: the Porirua Community Arts Council has delegated responsibility for a small grants scheme to enable them to allocate up to $500 per application and to a maximum amount of $5,000 per year).

Power to act

  • Delegated authority to disburse allocated funds in accordance with Creative New Zealand guidelines.
